Passion Fruit Pavlova
Nigella Lawson's recipe in How to Eat can't be improved so I don't propose to. The recipe and method for the pavlova base is on her website here as a Lemon Pavlova (which also sounds fab).
All you then need are the seeds/juice from 10 passion fruit, and 300ml double cream, whipped. All of which you can prepare in advance and then just assemble before people arrive.
