This week’s Woman in Progress is someone we haven’t yet met in real life, but pretty much stalk anyway as we’re always following in her wake around the loveliness of Cambridge as seen on her Instagram feed. Katie Underwood is, in her own words, a food lover and restaurant professional, now carving out her own path in the industry around her 3 kids, with her PR and social media business. This week our Woman in Progress is Kath Austin, founder of BeeBee Wraps. Kath developed a plastic-free, compostable alternative to clingfilm in her kitchen, of all places, and two years ago launched the first BeeBee Wrap which was so well received that she now runs the business together with her husband David and a team of ten. Seeking solace in coffee and cake

The children are back at school and I'm looking for solace in coffee shops.  I'm not distressed summer is over but am in need of a little distraction - somewhere to write and eat that isn't home.  Laura and I are avid supporters of local and independent businesses and seek them out where we can, these are faithful favourites.
